Here's a little insight into the new character of Isabella who is revealed to be Gisborne's sister:Isabella is Gisborne's younger sister. When Guy and Isabella were young, the Gisborne family lost their lands and wealth in England and moved to France. Unbeknown to Isabella, Guy decided to sell her into marriage to a rich English Squire to fund his own political career. But her husband was cruel and abusive and, having heard of Guy's rising status in Nottingham, she seeks out her brother's protection. She discovers the truth about her arranged marriage and resolves to make her brother pay. She is determined to make him beg for her forgiveness believing that only then will she truly be able to let go of the pain of her past and embrace her future.
