4x08 "Betrayal"
This episode will have a flashback to Sara's Panamanian torture cell. She is given a key by one of the guards, who is later shot and killed by Gretchen.ETA: What sparks the flashback is Sara working on Sucre, who has been shot. In the flashback Sara is trying to save the life of someone we don't see. Could be the female guard who gave Sara the key.In the present, Sara and Gretchen meet.#408 is called "Betrayal".
