SPOILERS!!

Latest from TV Guides' Ausiello:

Question: Anything about Lost? — Francesca
Ausiello: Michael's reappearance in Episode 8 is guaranteed to, ahem, make waves.

Question: Can you tell us anything else about Michael's return to Lost — like who he'll be sharing scenes with? — Kelley
Ausiello: I can tell you that in one scene he appears opposite a gun-toting character we thought was dead — and who still may be. And here's the real kicker: The scene does not take place on the island. Far from it, in fact.

Question: Please tell me Niki and Nathan aren't really dead on Heroes! — Jonathan
Ausiello: One of them is definitely not dead. The jury's still out on the other.

Question: What's going to happen on Dexter? You never talk about this show — and there are only two episodes left! Come on, give me something! — Marianne
Ausiello: Thanks to a little thing called a portable DVD player, I killed all 10 airborne hours flying to and from L.A. this weekend (fight on, Trojans!) watching the entire second season of Dexter — and that includes this Sunday's penultimate episode as well as the Dec. 16 season finale. And without giving too much away, I can tell you that A) the final two eps are bloody good, B) there are two major deaths — one of which shocked even me, and C) we'll see Dex do something he's never done before: tell someone he's close to that he's the Bay Harbor Butcher — five times, no less.

Question: Will Lundy be back next season on Dexter? Any new spoilers on whether or not his relationship with Deb continues? — Alex
Ausiello: All I'll say is it's not looking good for these two — and hallelujah to that. The Deb-Lundy romance was as ill-conceived as it was clumsily executed, and it dragged down what was otherwise a solid sophomore season. There were times I felt like the show's writers had handed their scenes off to someone at October Road to pen. Heck, the couples on The Hills have more nuanced dialogue than these two.

Question: Give me some Dexter prattle, or I may have to think of a couple of Dexter-ish schemes to use on you. — Megan
Ausiello: Lila's love affair with fire will be rekindled — and this time someone gets burned.

Question: Do you have any scoop on the post-Super Bowl episode of House? — Suzanne
Ausiello: Yes, but it's a little bit of a bummer. As I first scooped in this week's Ausiello Report vodcast, a planned two-part episode that was going to air after the big game and then continue the following Tuesday was scrapped due to the strike. Instead, a regular eppy guest-starring Oscar winner Mira Sorvino will take its place. Not to rub salt in the wound or anything, but I am obliged to add that, based on my chat last week with exec producer Katie Jacobs, I suspect the original two-parter would've advanced either the Huddy or Hameron storylines in a big way. Speaking of which, as promised, here's what Ms. Jacobs had to say about how Chase and Cameron might fold back into House's team in '08.

"The question is not really when, it's how, insofar as they're now each in their own domain doing really well. But is it bugging Cameron that she's not really in on all of House's business? And how is it for Chase to be head of a department? And when those things become clearer, then I think we'll know what the hospital is going to look like." Meaning that in the end, the new doctors and the old doctors will end up working together, right? Right? "That I can't say for sure," she demurs. "Right now, we're just exploring how Cameron and Chase running different departments either helps or hinders House. And how much they like being away from him and having their own space, or how much they don't like being away from them."

Question: I ran into Smurfette at the Coffee Bean on Wilshire and she told me you guys won't be BFFs again until you spill on Angela Petrelli's power. — Jeffrey
Ausiello: You tell Smurfette to be patient. Mama P. is loaded with secrets, some of which will definitely be revealed in the second half of the season. Interpret that as you like.
