Episode 3x10 "The Santa in the Slush"
To discover who killed a man named Kris Kringle, Booth and Brennan interview Philip Harley, a toy inventor who also is Kringle's landlord. Booth is tired of finding clues that make it sound like Kringle was the real Santa Claus, such as the fact he put "North Pole" as his previous address on his apartment lease. Brennan seems to be a believer. Later, they talk with a manager working at the temp agency that employed Kringle. They learn that Kringle was the agency's best Santa and, therefore, got the best gigs. With that info in hand, the team believes that another Santa may have killed Kringle. Booth and Brennan talk about lying to family members. Max is brought to the conjugal trailer... Zack is leaving for Michigan for a family gathering. Angela, Hodgins, Cam and Parker appear.
