New Nightmare on Elm Street Scoop!

Here:

SPOILERS!

The fans of Smallville's Chloe and Chlark were really put through the wringer last season. Is there anything for us to look forward to in Season 9? — Cassie
MATT: I hear you, and if the gloomy, Doomy events of last spring continue to cloud your memory, I strongly urge you to consider this the silver lining: The super-talented Allison Mack is poised to have some of her best material yet, as Chloe continues to process her role in Jimmy's death and deal with the resulting pangs of guilt. How will she ever make things right? Watch for Ms. Sullivan to pour herself into her role as Watchtower like never before.

Do you know what the future has in store for Lie to Me's Lightman and Foster, now that Foster is separated and making googly eyes at our favorite lie detector? Will Jennifer Beals' character be Lightman's love interest... or a bitter lover? — Rebecca
TIM: I wouldn't bet on anything working out between Lightman and his ex-wife. Paul Ekman, the psychology professor whose work provides the basis for the show, says contempt is the one emotion on your spouse's face that means your relationship is doomed — and Beals' character told us she knows the look well. So I'd give Lightman and Foster better odds.

Will Bill and Sookie's relationship survive this season on True Blood? — Angi
MICKEY: My sources say "probably," but don't be surprised if their endless bickering is actually foreshadowing a breakup-threatening season finale. Stephen Moyer told us that even he doesn't want Bill and Sookie to stay together forever. "You can't watch two characters be happy in love for 12 episodes," he said. "That would be extremely dull. [A separation is] going to happen."

Burn Notice Episode Details & Casting Call!

For Episode 3x13 "Enemies Closer"

STORY LINE
Two of Michael's troublemaking "associates" show up to do what they do best: cause trouble. Scheming sociopath Gilroy demands all local flight data for the next six weeks, a request that gives both Michael and Sam the heebie-jeebies, and scheming sociopath Number Two Larry Garber has casually dumped a dead body in Michael's apartment and expects Michael to help him clean up the mess...

[CARLOS]

Male, 30s to early 40s, Hispanic, this volatile professional criminal runs a cash processing center for a Colombian drug cartel, and is understandably furious when $3 million of his money disappears, and four of his men are killed, all courtesy of Larry Garber. Wrongly convinced that Michael is to blame, Carlos is more than ready to kill him on sight, and has put out a contract on both Michael and his (only partially framed) sidekick, magician Jack Fleetwood. In a state of rage, Carlos is taken in hand by Michael, who smoothly and steadily convinces him that one of his own hit men ripped him off. Determined to get revenge himself, Carlos shoots the traitorous rat dead, and never finds out that the man he "killed" has been dead and on ice for a couple days already...GUEST STAR

[JACK YABLONSKI AKA JACK FLEETWOOD]

, Caucasian, mid 30s. A professional magician, his real name is Jack Yablonski, but his stage name is Jack Fleetwood. Jack has made the fairly spectacular error of acting as the front man for scheming sociopath Larry Garber, and now he's been targeted for death by a local Colombian cartel that's famously efficient at killing people. Michael's new client (kinda-sorta), Jack is not too bright and not too gifted at magic, but when someone like Michael tells him to "run" and "duck," he follows orders -- especially when his tattered life is at stake. In the end, Jack disappears from the cartel's hit list, but Jack himself has to disappear from Florida -- for the rest of his life...GUEST STAR

SPOILERS!

Jill in Nantucket, Mass.: I read that season six will be the last year of House. Is that true?
There is no end in sight for House, as executive producer David Shore told us last week when we spoke about the show's Emmy nods. He said, "We haven't exhausted what we can do with this character and what we can do with all these characters. As long as the show remains interesting, it'll remain on the air. It's not a show with a defined ending. It is not about a beginning, middle and end any more than a human life is. It's about the journey."

Katie in Colorado Springs, Colo.: We Supernatural fans are still waiting for some spoilery Dean goodness for season five. Help us!
You ask, we answer! Our sources tell us that when Supernatural returns, Dean takes Castiel out for a night on the town to loosen him up. As you could assume, hilarity ensues.

Grace from Chelsea, U.K.: Do you have any news on what's to come on the new season of Smallville? Will Chloe ever be with Clark?
We're actually hearing of a "strained relationship" between Chloe and Clark next season on Smallville. Those two will always work together, and they will always be your "Chloe and Clark," but expect some tension in season nine. Sorry guys.

Andi in Fort Meade, Md.: Will Bill and Sookie have more tender and sexy moments on True Blood this season?
They won't be having such a tender moment next week when Sookie heads off to the Fellowship of the Sun church with the hope of getting information on the whereabouts of Eric's maker, Godric. Bill is quite worried about his gal and rightly so. When asked if Sookie is the kind of person who will save the day, Anna told us, "She will die trying." Ruh-roh.

Emma in Del Mar, Calif.: Anymore info on the heartbreaking season finale of In Plain Sight that you teased before?
Besides the tease from In Plain Sight star Lesley Ann Warren about something awful happening to Mary in the finale, executive producer David Maples tells us about the Aug. 9 season-ender: "The In Plain Sight finale is an event that unfolds over two episodes, and a lot of things transpire with our cast, work-wise and with personal relationships. Things are left up in the air with the show, but it's not like the Moldovan army comes in and starts spraying bullets and we don't know who's alive and who's dead. It's not quite that kind of a cliffhanger."

Natalie: I need some scoop on the new season of Dexter. Tell me something! Anything!?
A casting call has gone out for the sixth episode of Dexter season four, "If I Had a Hammer." The producers are looking for a marriage counselor. Does that spell trouble for newlyweds Dexter and Rita? Besides, obviously, the obvious serial killer thing.

Eric in Long Island, N.Y.: It looks like ABC's Defying Gravity is just the same as Fox's Virtuality. What's the deal?
While Defying Gravity and Virtuality do seem to have some similarities, the difference is that Gravity is a little more lighthearted. It has some subtle comedy to it. Yes, someone almost dies being shot out of an airlock system like Virtuality; however, we'll learn that there's something more sinister calling the shots on the Antares spacecraft, and it's not some virtual crazy man—at least, we don't think so, since it goes by the name Beta. Gravity premieres Aug. 2 at 9 p.m. on ABC.

Eclipse Casting Scoop!

Google might want to brace for a search onslaught: An unknown Australian actor named Xavier Samuel has landed the first new role in "Eclipse," the third "Twilight" pic.

Summit has hired the actor to play the role of a "newborn vampire" named Riley, a good-looking college student who joins the plot of villain Victoria to murder protagonist Bella (Kristen Stewart). Riley is corrupted by Victoria, for whom he has an inexplicable weakness.

The movie's larger plot centers on a choice Bella must make between the werewolf Jacob (Taylor Lautner) and the vampire Edward (Robert Pattinson).

Samuel, repped by Management 360, Gersh and Shanahan in Australia, has been in series of films down under, including "Newcastle," in which he played a Goth teenager amidst a group of surfers (the movie played Tribeca last year -- though you can bet Netflix will see just a small spike now), the Aussie period drama "September" and the upcoming sci-fi thriller "Road Train." This marks his first U.S. role.
